At CrossFit Baile we provide a higher degree of teaching, coaching and mentoring in a personal community environment aimed to focus on each of our individual members needs. Rather than a more detached leadership “one-size-fits-all” or “unlimited” program, our coaching staff serves in many ways to fully integrate the high degree of varied skill sets necessary to reach your fitness and health goals.

WE care about your progress and your needs

We are not about repetitions without efficiency, and we do not approach our clients with preconceived ideas of their development because every individual is different and their needs are different.

I come from a big family and grew up in South Carolina. I met my soulmate and girl of my dreams in college. Ten years later, we have four kids, a fantastic military career, and now, a gym. I strive for excellence in everything I do. Contributing to society, being a good example for my kids, and being the best husband I can be are my highest priority. CrossFit is something that humbles and motivates me every day, and I want to give that back to the community.

Coach

Being a great coach, friend, mother & wife are what drive me to do what I do. Helping people succeed and push through boundaries they never thought they could mentally and physically is something I put my heart behind.

 I believe in every athlete I coach and have found through my own journey that having the right people with you can bring out the BEST version of you, I’m here to help you find your path and to remind you how strong you truly are.

I am a Certified CrossFit Level 2 trainer, Certified Burgener Strength Level 2 and Certified USAW Level 1 (soon to be L2 next year) with a long term goal of continuous pursuit of excellence and being a Certified CrossFit Level 4 Coach.

Training Olympic lifts is equally important to learning and building knowledge outside the gym. That’s the key piece that helps me continue to improve.

Because of my deep interest in lifting, I received my USAW certification in 2015. Learning and growing every day and seeing the progress of the people I coach, that’s what matters most.

Helping anyone interested in this sport move toward their goals is inspiring.

Coach

I’m a mother of four, military wife, and a librarian turned CrossFit Coach. I’ve been CrossFitting since 2009, and coaching since 2014. I am a L2 coach and will be completing the L3 process this year.

Supporting women prior to, during, and post pregnancy is important to me. And finding scales and substitutions for new or injured athletes is vital to our sport.

When I see others growing and building strength of body and mind, that’s the best part of coaching and pushes me to be more every day.

In 2014, I received my personal training certification through SASM. For two years, I trained individuals and groups. I loved group training the most and realized that I would program “CrossFit” style work outs for them during the week. So, I dug in and received my CrossFit L1 in 2016.

 The past two years I’ve spent in the CrossFit world gaining knowledge and relationships. Because CrossFit is more than just that amazingly brutal WOD that day. CrossFit, for me, is truly a passion. I love to pick stuff up and put it back down. Especially if it’s heavy!

Watching athletes crush their PRs is truly rewarding. For me, establishing and building relationships with the people in this community is the greatest reward.
